The ultimate birth support for you & your birth partner

Why get a birth doula?

Simple answer: because you want better birth outcomes.

A doula is a professional birth partner and advocate. Someone who knows exactly how to keep you calm, guide your partner, manage each stage of your labour, and have your back from the first contraction until your baby is in your arms.

By providing emotional, physical and informational support, I can help to give you an informed and prepared birth free from fear, and full of excitement!

Did you know?

65% of births supported by a doula are spontaneous vaginal births (without ventouse, forceps, or caesarean birth) whilst the National average is currently only around 46%.

Doulas impact breastfeeding rates too! With 97% of birth clients breastfeeding their baby successfully! How amazing!

How much do I cost?

Option 1: Pregnancy support only
£1,500.00

The goal of my pregnancy support is simple: to help you approach birth feeling informed, supported, and (at least) a little bit excited!

As your doula, I provide:

  • Emotional support - a steady, non-judgmental presence as you process decisions, concerns, and expectations around birth.

  • Education and information - evidence-based guidance on pregnancy, labor, medical options, and common interventions so you can make informed choices.

  • Birth preparation - support with creating your perfect birth plan and preferences.

  • Continuity of care - someone who knows you, your preferences, and your priorities before labor even begins!

Support is tailored to your needs and includes 4 x prenatal visits, ongoing communication, and resources specific to you and your pregnancy.

Option 2: Pregnancy + Birth support
£1,950.00

Everything you get with my pregnancy package, PLUS hands-on support during labour and the birth itself!

When labor begins, I will be physically present with you in the birth room to provide continuous, non-medical support.

My role includes:

  • Continuous presence - ensuring you are not left without support during labor

  • Hands-on physical comfort measures - including positioning, counter-pressure, massage, breathing support, and guidance with movement & pain-relief

  • Labor progress support - helping you recognise labor patterns, when to go to hospital (or call your midwife), and effectively conserving energy

  • Environmental support - helping maintain a calm, focused space that supports physiological (or planned) labor. Think relaxed lighting, diffuser, calming space. Plus setting up your birth pool if needed!

  • Emotional regulation and reassurance - especially during those intense or transitional phases of labor

  • Support with communication - helping you understand information from your care team and articulate questions or preferences, as well as advocating to medical staff for you!

  • Partner support, guiding your partner on how to assist effectively and when to step in or rest

This support is non-clinical and non-medical, and works alongside your midwife, obstetrician, and nursing staff.

The goal is consistent, informed, hands-on support, both before labor begins and throughout the birth itself!
